Our care providers try to provide you with the best possible service. It may happen that you are not satisfied or very satisfied with the care provided. Perhaps you have suggestions with which we can improve our services. We would like to hear from you.

Complaint General Practitioner Almelo

You can submit a complaint about the General Practitioner in Almelo by downloading the complaint form and sending it completed. Depending on the nature of the complaint, it is either dealt with internally or passed on to the independent complaints officer. You will be contacted in about a week. Complaint General Practitioner Hengelo or Enschede

You can submit a complaint about the General Practitioner in Hengelo or Enschede via an online complaint form. Click here to fill in the form. Fill in the form as completely as possible and drop on the button. By doing so, you give permission to the independent complaints officer to handle the complaint. Are you filing the complaint on behalf of someone else? Please indicate this in the form. You will receive an authorization to enable the exchange of his/her data. You will be contacted within two weeks.

Skge

If you really cannot resolve the matter with the independent complaints officer, you can submit your complaint via the Skge (Foundation for Complaints & Disputes in Primary Care).
